Big Bear Lake’s Lagonita Lodge

My new year’s resolution is to post more articles on the “Best of Big Bear Lake” in 2012 than in past years.

I’ll make my start here with Lagonita Lodge. Located between Mallard Bay and Big Bear Lake just a couple of minutes by car from the Village, Big Bear’s Shopping and Dining District.

Lagonita Lodge has been on my list for a couple of years now, mostly because I personally get so many positive comments from our customers on there Lagonita stay and how they repeatedly choose Lagonita Lodge for their annual getaway to the Southern California mountains.

Bay Meadows Resort Big Bear’s Newest Lodging Open for Business

Bay Meadows Resort in Big Bear Lake is a newly-remodeled Boutique-style Lodge within walking distance of the lake. The Resort offers upscale accommodations with lake views from the recreation area and some of the units. Located across the street from the Big Bear Lake City Hall and the Performing Arts Center. Close to the ski resorts, marinas and the Village which offers shops, restaurants, coffee houses, movie theaters etc. Bay Meadows Resort has undergone extensive remodeling from inside and out and  reopened for business in May 2009. 10 upscale, cottages units from a studio unit to a 5-bedroom house with 2 full kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
